I love creative DIY shutter projects. There’s something about worn layered paint on an old shutter that makes my heart go pitter patter. Maybe it’s the texture of paint that’s accumulated over time, or the creative way someone repurposed an old wood shutter into a useful item that gets me. I don’t know but every time I run across one of these DIY projects, I’m motivated to drop everything and go find a set of my own shutters so I can make something too!
But…
I don’t have room. Maybe that’s a good thing because if I made everything I wanted to make my house would be full to the rafters (more than it is now) with DIY projects. So, today I’m just window shopping and sharing 15 of my dreamiest creative DIY shutter projects and ideas I’ve collected.
