I love the blue painted vanity. The blue with the brass is classy. I tend to like the darker painted colors. To me they seem to ground a room and I like that versus the pastels.
Hi Ellie! I hear you on the darker blues, they are wonderfully dramatic. That vanity is gorgeous too, good pick! Looking at all of these beautiful makeovers makes me want to start painting something. Wishing you a good week, & thanks so much for your visit!
I had never realized just how much I love blue till I started painting furniture. There is something so calming about the color and the brushing of it onto the furniture. Now it has become my favorite color… and to think it took me all these years to figure it out. Thank you for featuring my table and chairs. There is so much to be inspired by here.
Hi Mary, and I couldn’t agree with you more about painting and the color blue. It is calming. Thank you for sharing your work with me in this round-up!

Hi Maria! Ye, blue has become one of my favorite colors. I don’t think I paid much attention to it until I started using it in our Fl coastal style. Now I see ways of using it everywhere in every design style. I’d bet your piece is gorgeous too, I love your style on your projects. Thanks so much for your note and visit!
